# Debian(Weston)

This section introduces the features supported by the Quectel Pi M1/L1 when running the Debian (Weston) system.

The Quectel Pi M1 Debian system integrates the GNOME desktop environment by default and also supports switching to the lightweight Weston desktop using the **qpi-config switch weston** command. To switch back to the GNOME desktop, use the **qpi-config switch gnome** command.

The Quectel Pi L1 Debian system only integrates the Weston desktop environment.
